Account
Set up an account for each staff you have.
The password must be numerical.
The admin account cannot be deleted.

Account Type
Account type is used for commission purposes.
Each account type can have different commission percentages for the product they sell.
Set up the account type under Settings -> Account Type.
Commission percentage is configured under Settings -> Add Item/Combo.

Permissions
Set up the permissions for each staff to prevent them from accessing the listed accessibility.
