Shipday Integration

Shipday is a local delivery management software. It enables users to track and manage their dispatch system.
For customers, it allows them to track their delivery in real-time.
Please take note that Shipday only provides the software and users need to source for external drivers.

Firstly, log in to your Shipday account.

Integration
Option 1
Click on “Integrations” on your dashboard.
Go to Direct Integrations and click “Copy API Key” as highlighted.

Go to your MobiPOS cloud online order settings and insert API Key acquired previously.
Then, enable Shipday Integration by clicking the highlighted button.

You have successfully integrated Shipday into MobiPOS system

Option 2
Go to “My Account”.

To retrieve your API Key, click on the highlighted button below.

Insert your password to unlock key.

Go to your MobiPOS cloud online order settings and insert API Key acquired previously.
Then, enable Shipday Integration by clicking the highlighted button.

You have successfully integrated Shipday into MobiPOS system.

This is the dashboard of your Shipday account. This page will display all your dispatch information. You may assign orders to drivers here.

Click “Orders” on your dashboard. This page will display all your order information.
After the online order is received, the system will prompt the user on the delivery time.
Please take note, the delivery time will be divided equally between the required pickup time and the estimated delivery time.

E.g. If the user declares the delivery time will be 60 minutes, the pickup time will be 30 minutes later, and the estimated delivery time will be 30 minutes after the pickup time.
